How to cancel
A School Owner opens the school's Settings, finds the plan card and chooses Cancel plan — it takes a couple of clicks, there is no fee, and your plan simply does not renew. Change plan and Change payment method sit next to it; changing the payment method opens PayPal. See how plan changes work.
What happens after
Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep every paid feature until the end of the current billing period. After that the school moves back to the Free plan — 3 teachers, 3 classes, 3 active assignments, and 9 students per class — and no data is deleted. See what the Free plan includes.
Restarting later
You can upgrade again at any time and pick up where you left off. Classes, students, results and certificates are all still there. For plan options, see school plans and pricing.
