How do I delete my account or request that you erase my data?
You can delete your account yourself from the Settings page under the Account tab, which permanently removes the account and its associated data. If you cannot reach settings, contact us and we will erase your data on request. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Delete it yourself
Open your Settings, go to the Account tab, and choose Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm because the action cannot be undone. All data tied to that account is permanently removed. See deleting your account for the full walkthrough.
Ask us to erase your data
If you signed in with a username and cannot use settings, or you want a record removed for another reason, contact us through the Help Center and we will handle the deletion request.
What happens to your progress
Deleting your account also removes your saved lessons, stats, and streaks, so export or note anything you want to keep first. To understand what we held in the first place, read our data and privacy overview.
