چگونه معلمان و کارکنان را به مدرسهٔ خود دعوت کنید

Transcript

In this tutorial, you'll learn how to invite teachers and staff to your school on Meta Typing Club, step by step: where the people of your school live, how to send an invitation, and what happens after. Let's begin.

You are on your school dashboard. Everything about the people in your school happens in the People tab.

Click People.

People are grouped into Teachers, Staff and admins, Students, and Invited. The numbers show how many are in each group.

To bring a teacher in, click Invite someone.

The person gets an email with a link. Nothing changes for them until they accept, so you can invite people before they have an account.

Type the email address of the teacher. Use the address they will log in with.

Then choose what they can do. Teacher is selected by default: they run classes and see their own students. Staff can look at the school without changing it. School Admin can manage everything, like you.

You can tick more than one. For example, a teacher who also helps in the office can be Teacher and Staff.

We keep it simple and leave only Teacher.

Add a short personal message if you like. It goes into the email.

Click Send invitation. A confirmation appears and the email goes out.

The Invited group now shows one. Click it to see who is waiting.

The invitation now sits under Invited, with the role you chose and the date it expires. The person has one week to accept.

If the email got lost, click Send again. If you changed your mind, Cancel invitation removes it.

Once the teacher accepts, they move from Invited to Teachers, and you can assign them to classes.

Staff and admins lists the people who manage the school, including you as the owner. Invite school admins the same way, by ticking School Admin.

That is how you invite teachers and staff. In the next guide, you will add students, one by one or from a file. Find more guides in our FAQ, Help Center, and Learning Center. English typing, at Meta Typing Club dot com.
