My progress disappeared or did not save, how do I recover it?
If you practiced without signing in, your progress is stored only on that device and browser, so clearing your browser data or switching devices can lose it. Create an account or sign in before you practice so your stars, streaks, and lesson history are saved to your profile and follow you everywhere.
Why progress goes missing
Guest progress lives in your browser, not your account. Clearing history, using private or incognito mode, or moving to another device or browser means that guest progress is not carried over.
How to keep progress safe
- Create an account or sign in before practicing.
- Practice in the same browser where you started if you have not yet signed in.
- Avoid private or incognito windows for lessons you want to keep.
