What is the difference between the website language and the typing language?

The website language controls the interface text, like menus and buttons, while the typing language controls which lessons and keyboard you practice. They are separate, so you can read the site in English but practice typing in Persian, or any other combination you want.

1Step 1 — Open the language menu in the top bar.
2Step 2 — Select your language, then choose your typing language separately in the lesson area.

Two independent settings

Your website (interface) language and your typing (lesson) language are set separately. This is useful for families and classrooms where the learner reads the interface in one language but practices typing in another.

How to change each one

Use the language menu in the top bar to switch the website language. To change the language you are typing in, choose a different typing language from the lesson area. Follow the highlighted steps below.

You can also change the theme and other preferences. See changing the UI language and theme and the full list of supported languages.
